4 Laps starting at Roundabout at the front of School go up over the hill, finishing at the Roundabout at the back of the school.
Recovery is between the 2 Roundabouts.
Practice getting out of the saddle near the top of the raises, pushing over the top before sitting down.
Also practice staying on top of the gear, so if you start to get bogged down change to and easier gear, trying to keep Cadence above 80 on the flatter sections.
