Coaching Sessions
Want to improve your training, but can’t commit to a personalised training program? Our 1-on-1 coaching sessions are for you. These sessions can fast track your skills and technique, and produce massive improvements in your ability on and around your bike. We can cover anything from essential cycling skills to improve your confidence, to perfecting your cornering, or your climbing and descending. We can also tailor our coaching sessions to meet the specific needs of any corporate, charity, club or school group.
Individual Coaching
First Session: $130/hr
next Session: $100/hr
Our 1-on-1 coaching sessions provide you with the opportunity to work on any aspect of your cycling, whether for leisure, commuting, group riding or racing. Your session can also start with some indoor work. A session can be booked for any number of cycling areas, not limited to:
Essential skills: using clip-in pedals, effective braking, efficient gear changing, hill starts, cornering, descending and climbing
Group riding skills: wheel following, signals/calls, road rules and etiquette
Racing skills: sprinting, positioning, race strategy and planning

Corporate Coaching
Looking for a team challenge, something fun that involves fitness and a little bit of competition? Maybe your team or business wants to train for a specific event?
We will work with you directly to customise a program or session to meet your needs. With so many cycle friendly options around Brisbane we can cater for all abilities and fitness levels. If your team is training for a specific event such as a corporate triathlon or charity ride we can train groups of up to 20 (per group) outdoors.

Charity Ride Coaching
Our coaches here at CAMS HQ are experienced in helping riders from beginner through to competitive levels in preparing and enjoying charity and long distance rides.
This includes fitness evaluations, building strength and endurance, preparing for back to back days of riding, nutrition advice, stretching, recovery, bike maintenance and more.

School Coaching
Cycle training is a great way to build overall fitness in addition to strength, endurance and speed. It’s a great way to have fun and support cross training for other sports such as rowing, running, triathlon and a variety of team sports. Our coaches all have blue cards as a part of their accreditation.
We can support your children or students from ages 9 and up with skills and services such as:
Learning to ride: outdoors in a safe environment
Bike handling and safety
Bike riding skills: riding in a group, signals/calls, road rules and etiquette
Learning a variety of training techniques
Team building and challenges

Club Coaching
For years we have partnered with a number of local sporting clubs to provide an alternate training option for their members, of all ages. Club Officials can book any session for their members. Whether it is using team building activities, specific cycling courses, or skill and fitness sessions, facilitated by club staff or under the guidance of our expert coaches.
Our coaches can facilitate:

Functional Threshold Power (FTP) testing (individually)
